During my 18 year tenure with The Devine Group, as lead project consultant, I became known as the product guru for the Devine Inventory assessment. In addition to my client projects, I am sought after for my interpretation and feedback capabilities, was involved with instructing certification training for the Devine Inventory and I have built a standard job model library of over 40 positions based on U.S. Dept. of Labor standards.
